So, What Does Getting Thrown Under The Bus Look Like?

by Gerald A. Honigman

Mitt Romney was not my pick for Obama's opponent in the 2012 presidential election. I felt that he didn't have what it would take to defeat someone who was Santa Claus, Farakhan's messiah, and master of Chicago politics all rolled up into one candidate.

Please note that I say the above as a registered Independent who voted for Bill Clinton and Apartheid Israel Mr. Peanut–whom the Jews' Yeshiva University just allowed to be honored. I liked the anti-Semite (and there's no doubt that he is one–and the G_d-killing Jew variety, no less) Carter's environmental policies. I was young, starry-eyed, etc. The point is, a right wing fanatic I'm not.

On the topic of Israel, however, Romney's instincts were sound.

And while he never spelled out his policies clear enough (perhaps on purpose–like too many politicians do), the animus present in Obama and too many of the latter's close advisors and future foreign policy point men and women towards the Jewish State was also missing.

One of the expressions Romney used over and over again, including in the important televised debates, had to do with Obama being too willing "to throw Israel under the bus." It sounded like Mitt had simply found an expression that he liked and decided to repeat it ad nauseam. He would have been far more effective if he had focused more on the specifics about Obama's policies and actions on which he took issue. He chose the politically safe route–but then left himself open to question as well.

Anyhow, that's past history now–and we are left to deal with the consequences.

Regardless of the bus problem, in 2012, the Jews gave The One 70% of their vote and much of their gelt. He received 78% in 2008–despite the revelations about close ties to Reverend Wright, Rashid Khalidi, Louis Farakhan, and so forth.

So, with the re-election of Team Obama, what does throwing Israel under the bus really look like?

Let's take a look at just a few of too many examples and examine some of the most recent ones first...

Secretary of State John Kerry, a worthy pea in the Obama pod, recently visited Turkey. While there, he managed to trash Israel big time.

A few years ago, the hypocritical Turks (with the blood of millions of Armenians, Kurds, whom they renamed "Mountain Turks," Assyrians, and others on their hands) decided to try to break the legal Israeli blockade of Hamas's Gaza. Recall that Hamas and the Arabs who support it are dedicated to the murder of both Jews and the Jewish nation and have been actively involved in bloody acts of war against them both. If ever a blockade was legal and justified, it is Israel's vis-í -vis Hamas's Gaza.

Israel stopped the ship, the allegedly peaceful Mavi Marmara, and its soldiers–who were peaceably trying to redirect the vessel–were soon viciously attacked with metal clubs, knives, and so forth. The action was caught on film. Fighting for their lives, the Israelis killed some of their attackers http://www.idfblog.com/2010/05.....-may-2010/

The Islamists now running the show in Turkey are President Obama's good buddies–like the Muslim Brotherhood folks in Egypt and elsewhere as well, including right here in America in the President's administration http://www.investigativeprojec.....filtrates. And that's not even including other folks like his ex-Secretary of State (and possibly future president) Hillary Rodham Clinton's longtime aide, Huma Abedin.

The most recent Kerry trashing of Israel (any Israel wishing to be more than a 9-15 mile wide ghetto of a state, that is) began a while back when Israel's Netanyahu caved into Obama's pressure to apologize to the Turks for Jews successfully defending themselves and preventing Turks from slaughtering them. How dare they !

Now, please don't lecture me about the alleged needs of international diplomacy and such. There are some things that you should just not do nor allow yourself to be a party to. Photos of beaten Israeli commandos were published in the Turkish media itself http://suite101.com/article/tu.....s-a245296.

A groveling Israeli apology should have been out of the question–as should its alleged best friend's forcing it to do so.

Nevertheless, for whatever reasons (some sort of trade-offs elsewhere?), Israel played ball and allowed itself to be thrown under the Obama bus yet again. It gave Ankara the apology it demanded and promised to pay millions of dollars in retribution.

Having done this–i.e., the Jews virtually admitting their "guilt"–it then became a short leap for John Kerry's next Jew mass transit tossing.

Speaking in Istanbul soon after other Muslim Islamists killed and wounded some two hundred people at the Boston Marathon on April 15th, Kerry compared Boston's innocent victims with the terror supporters and activists from the Turkish IHH group who were killed when they attacked IDF forces aboard the Mavi Marmara in May 2010. Kerry pontificated that he understood the pain of the Turkish families who lost loved ones aboard the ship especially since he had just had to deal with families whose loved ones were slain in America.

Pick your pea in the Obama pod...there are many similar stories to tell.

Whether it was Hillary screaming at Bibi for forty minutes because he would not prostrate himself low enough on the demand to return to the '49 Auschwitz lines, or the President leaving the Prime Minister stranded in the White House over the same problem (what the settlement issue is mostly all about). Or Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel's "Jew Lobby" worries or more recent comments about Israel needing to be more careful with its chemical weapons charges about Syria, questioning Israeli intelligence (you'd think, after the likely deadly snafus in American intelligence, which allowed for the Boston massacre, the 2009 Fort Hood bloodbath, and so forth, that Hagel would be a bit more careful speaking about such things). Or Ambassador Susan Rice trashing Israel soon after giving "support" at the United Nations. And so forth–the list is long, indeed. And Obama's pressuring Israel over the last five years to stall on Iran may prove to be the most haunting of the bus encounters yet. The problem could have been handled far more easily back then than now or in the future.

Lastly for now, to add insult to injury, as I was preparing this analysis, breaking news reports stated that America is pressuring Israel to make yet another good will gesture to Mahmoud Abbas's latter-day Arafatians in order to restart "negotiations" (aka, Jew arm-twisting) by freeing Arab murderers. Actually, this is largely the Jews' own fault for not having a death penalty for capital offenders–or taking such "heroes" alive in the first place http://www.geraldahonigman.com.....the-kind/. Too often hundreds of Arab murderers and wannabes have been traded for the bones of dead Jews or maybe one or two live ones.

Among those whom the Obama Administration is evidently demanding that Israel release are Arabs who burned Amnon Pomerantz alive in his car in 1990; those who murdered Yigal Vahknin and Shaya Deutch in 1993; others who burned to death Rachel Weiss and her three children, Ephraim, Netanel, and Raphael as well as the IDF soldier, David Delarosa, who tried to rescue them; the terrorist who murdered Professor Menachem Stern in Jerusalem's Valley of the Cross while he was on his way to Hebrew University; and so forth.

Just in case you needed a reminder at what Mitt Romney was trying to say a while back regarding buses and Jews, please think carefully about the implications of all of those actions by Team Obama above–and many, many others not mentioned and probably yet to come.
